swap euro S50B30 on a 325i E30 88

hello everybody
I would like to put a S50B30 euro in my 325i E30 88
but i have a littre problem:
the intake manifold touch the brake system ! (mastervac in french)

please help me :D

Have you already began the swap, or are you just planning it and wondering how to work around this issue? Either way, check out the main engine swap thread. I'm suprised the manifold on a euro motor touches, I thought the itb's would leave more room.

seems like i remember inorder to run the euro motor you need a remote brake booster. I forgot what car to get them from, but seems like the v8 e34 uses one, as well as some random euro e21 or something like that. If you read the swap thread, in the first 6 pages somewhere is somebody that was able to do the swap. PM them.

PM gstuning about it.

According to his overview he used the remote booster setup from an e12. I guess there are a couple more options- Just pm him, he'll know.
