    if the exhuast was custom built to fit the engine in the whacky angle then yes it will fight it... take it off for now, when the engine is sitting proper, then see what needs to be done to hook the exhaust back up

        Yesss! Didn't have to remove the exhast, just lift it and play around with the various lifts I had under the car.

            Going to mount it tomorrow. I think it'll be fine and I found out its a 240 so no special brace.
            Only concern is the O2 sensor. I hope the wires didn't get chopped, and my dumb little wish is that it just presses itself into the firewall guard since its pretty soft.
            That may be a problem in the future though.

              Ok, everything sits perfect.
              Of course the O2 is a problem, it's shorting the relay. So I need to know if anyone has been able to fit a sensor in the second bung (OBD2?). I was able to get the plug out.
