I would rather spend 4 hours fishing through the plug hole than taking the head off because of a nozzle.
You can try taking an air compressor with one of those cleaning nozzles and blasting air in there on/off and if you're patient, physics says the nozzle should shoot out sooner or later.

It takes years before pistons stick to the cylinder due to rust. I helped a friend get an engine like that turning. It was in someones yard on the ground for like 3 or 4 years. Even if you got rust from a couple days humidity in there, it would be like the orange stuff on brake rotors, you can wipe it off with your finger.

Sprayed PB blaster into the cylinders . I doubt PB blaster will harm the cylinder walls .

      What's an IIRC?

lack of oil due to pb blaster spraying will however. squirt about a tablespoon of oil into the cylinders to relube the walls, and all will be OK.

That sucks, to get it all in there then bam. issues.

That flywheel is def. binding. No way to use it without shaving, or using an m42 fly spacer

Do yourself a favor and use an E36 trans and front shaft. And don't deal with weird tranny angle and shifter that needs cut and welded.

I don't know why op keeps saying "some " people have binding issues. In my research it's never been an option, but a necessity

My friend doesnt recall having to shave anything down. I was dumb for not checking for binding.

Engine is freed and turns smoothly now!!!
                      Pictures of bindage.
