I thought that the hole I put the single pin sensor in was for the throttle body coolant lines?

Looks great, quick tip on the fan clutch nut. Put the belt on and hit the 32mm wrench really hard with a hammer, it should spin off from the shock of the hit. Reminder, those are reverse threaded.

Yeah I have tried this multiple times on separate occasions. Some one torqued it on real good. I will need to fab up the tool to hold the pulley.

I used a big screwdriver and wedged it in between 2 bolts on the pulley. Then I got my friend to smack the wrench with a big ol hammer :D

I tried this as well. I have tried holding it with a gear puller. I have tried vice grips. I pulled the pulley off of it, ran several screwdrivers through bolt holes, then smacked it (reverse thread I know). It doesn't budge, just bends up my screw drivers. Like I don't know what else to do beside actually make a tool to hold at least 3 of the bolts.

Make or buy one of these... I made my own a few years ago when I had a stubborn clutch. Just get a piece of flat stock, drill a few holes and cut out a section with a grinder.

It is, but if your not going to use the throttle body heater than you need to loop that line back around into the head off of the hose that runs front to back of the engine.

So I have spend the last two evenings working on the car. Jesus Christ... Eff these Ebay Headers. Buy the shorty headers, don't buy these long tubed headers, they smash into everything and rest on the sway bar and require some... persuading.

But I digress. Headers are in and fastened. I got the drive line all bolted up to the guibo. I got the shift linkage in the car. I bent up the linkage and it is dead-center and appears to work great! I installed a new rubber lower shift boot, cause the old one was ripped to hell. And installed a new faux-leather shift boot. I don't have a shift knob yet, but god damned am I excited to see something new and shiny in the car.

I unbolted the master cylinder from the brake booster. I think tomorrow I am going to attempt to remove the brake booster and slot the holes over a half inch or so. So once that's done, then its back to the wiring. I still need to deal with what goes to the glove box, and I need to figure out something with the O2 sensor.

Can I use the O2 sensor from the E30? Or does that not work cause its a 2-wire? Something tells me that I need an O2 sensor from an E36 with a M50.

Ahhhhh. See this is why I re-threaded the sensor and didn't tap the head. I can put the water port back in no problem.
