i have a s50 block and its pretty good condition but 3 cylinders have some scoring. cylinder 2 has the worst scoring. Does any one know if the s50 has cylinder sleeves? or does it have to bored. if so whats a safe bore.

 bump and does anyone have a s50 running 11:1 compression with forged pistons? if using 11:1 forged pistons can i use those pistons with stock rods? and does anyone know what injectors to use with this setup?Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

 They are a cast iron block with no sleeves so a bore and hone can be done. I remember reading that the max bore people felt safe on a s50 was right around 87.
 
 
 Most pistons are made for the use of stock or stock spec rods unless otherwise noted. Also, I dont see why you couldnt use stock s50 injectors? You could uprade them if you like but I dont think its neccessary. Comment

 I wouldnt use stock S50 injectors, Stock OBD2 ones (21.5's) would be fine though.
