i have a s50 block and its pretty good condition but 3 cylinders have some scoring. cylinder 2 has the worst scoring. Does any one know if the s50 has cylinder sleeves? or does it have to bored. if so whats a safe bore.

They are a cast iron block with no sleeves so a bore and hone can be done. I remember reading that the max bore people felt safe on a s50 was right around 87.Originally posted by knuklehead92 View Post

I wouldnt use stock S50 injectors, Stock OBD2 ones (21.5's) would be fine though.
