get an o2 sensor bung (speedshop or Ebay) and have it welded into the pipe so you can read all six cylinders. the bungs in the headers are already plugged, so you dont have to do a thing to them.

short of going with full custom headers, exhaust is a bit of a compromise whereas cost dictates the amount of tinkering to get an acceptable fit. Most header applications are NOT designed with E30 swaps in mind, so fit more as an afterthought or accident than by design. a few quick blows with a hammer will save $$$$ so choose accordingly

if you go to a reputable exhaust shop to get things welded up, they will have the bungs in stock.

Is there any way to run both o2 sensors on an OBD1 setup?

            I have anS50, Using a harness from a 93 325is, car is 1990 E30

I bought the Ebay longtube headers and they have o2 bungs in them. My harness only has a single o2 sensor.. I wasnt planning on running a y-pipe setup into one single exhaust pipe to the muffler so how am I going to make the DME read all 6 cylinders?
It isnt possible to just run two sensors but splice them to the same connector, is it?
