My dad's about to kick my ass - Oil Leaks

My dad absolutely hates oil leaks, especially on the driveway, garage floor, etc. I need help with these, I managed to find where they are coming from, can I get some input on what's causing this? All help is much appreciated, not exactly what I wanted to deal with my third day of ownership-but hell, it's a BMW.

I figured the extensive photos would help. Thank you for your input, I want to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Well, as for the oil pan I think I just need to get a new plate, gasket, etc. I found this:
        11131726357 cover lid - list $7.98
        12611277129 gasket ring - list $2.01

And for the bolts on the transmission, it could be old ass tranny fluid I'm mistaking for oil. All I know is it's dirty as fack and leaking. I'm thinking just replace it with new crush washers and bolts.

I'm going to degrease and power wash all the bullshit off it, then see what exactly is leaking. I'm hoping it's not a bad crankshaft seal, I'm not trying to drop the transmission so soon!

Seriously dude, my dad was sooo pissed when my M20 pissed oil everywhere. I promised him this one wouldn't, so he let me park it in the garage and BAM! Stains

Definitely try using degreaser to narrow down where it's leaking.

Also, try removing the flywheel cover, and check under there--it could be coming from the oil pan gasket, or rear transmisson seal.

            Degrease, then dye, then blacklight.

Looks like the oil level sender O ring is leaking on the oilpan, the power steering which is fairly normal for BMW and your transmission.

                    ^^ this.

A good degreasing, scrub, and power wash should help remove most of the oil on the driveway as well and keep your dad happy.

I think the plate is probably fine, I would just replace the gasket and save a few bucks.

Leaky power steering lines too, it appears.

Rear main seal will leak out the bellhousing and blow back on the tranny while you drive.

My dad is the same way. He makes me park on a side driveway of stone dust we made because it was ruining his precious asphault. That driveway is under a pine tree and collects sap....:(

It looks like it. When I replaced mine it was hardly there...just a small remnant of the red gasket it once was. I have ZERO oil leaks now...but that is because I changed every seal and gasket when the M20 was out of the car this past summer.

No longer stock ride height, rolling as low as a daily driver in New England should without worrying about breaking an oil pan.
