I'm running a 16" SPAL pusher on the front of my M42 radiator, fits perfectly. I wanted the pusher because I was trying to keep as much out of the engine bay as I could, so mainly for aesthetics, but they work just fine. You'll want to fab some mounts up for it like we did, those zip-tie things they come with are garbage, and will actually wear through the radiator fins.

I also had to do a little massaging of the seam on top of the front core support to fit the fan in there, the shroud was hitting it and the radiator wouldn't sit down in there all the way.

I don't know how you guys get away with just using a pusher fan. Mine won't tolerate that.

Different climates. I live in the mountains (about 3600').
