    M52 refresh before swap

These are the things I plan to replace before I drop my obd1 m52 into the e30. Let me know if I missed anything I should change, and also if I am changing something that doesn't need to be. My hope is that I will address any potentially difficult parts to change while the motor is on the stand, to save headaches later.

    Motor:
    -oil pan gasket
    -valve cover gasket
-water pump w/ metal impeller and new o-ring
-new rear main seal and housing
    -new front crankshaft seal
-80 degree thermostat and new o-ring

    Trans (G260):
    -new front and rear seal
    -new selector rod seal
-new clutch, pp and throw out bearing
    -new pilot bearing

    Thanks for the help!

Is the ISV the same as the idle control valve? Good call on the oil filter housing gasket and coolant line flange.

Which pivot are you talking about in the bellhousing? Do you mean where the gearshift linkage connects to the transmission?

        - I think all of these go without saying
but if your t-stat housing is plastic, upgrade to metal.
        - intake assembly gaskets, at ports and throttle body
        - exhaust gaskets
        - rebuild injectors
        - if coil pack tubes are cracked/worn, replace
