Depending on some lead times and how many pre-orders I can get I would be willing to do a run of them.

Also, since the cheapest way to do the flanges would be laser cutting that would not allow for OE gaskets to be used.

You could secondary machine the flange or we could laser cut a new gasket for it.

This might be something I could discuss with Doug who does all my CNC stuff..

He's about to start producing some S54 ITB adapter plates for M5x/S5x motors for me soon so I'm sure he could use that same CAD file to create what you need.

Agreed, however i would also like to see the injector ports and would prefer oem intake gasket. $150-200 is fair for this.

plus 2. someone get on this shit puh-leeeze!

i think the injector ports would make the part 2x more complicated but it would make my build 2x easier.

I dont think the injector bungs would add tooooo much problem. Just drill and tig in some injector bungs. However you should CNC the holes for them at the right angle.

Off the record to make this worth it I would need between 7-10 people to reserve an order. Let me do some modeling and measuring this week.

thank you for the heads up. i am thinking that the spacing might be different. if this is indeed the case, the runners can be fabricated to angle inward to the center of the manifold a bit to line up with the flange.

Flanges like that are really simple to make. You'd either need to give a shop a .dxf from a model you've made, give them details (dimensions) of what you want, or give them something that they can measure and reproduce in AL. They can laser that shit really easily.

For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.
