    M50 Aluminum Intake Manifold Flanges

well, Im wanting to make my own intake mani now that i have MS. Buuuut I have exhausted my search trying to find these flanges.

Ive checked all posts that included these flanges and no one seems to have or make them anymore. I found some overseas but they dont have o-ring machined grooves.

    Anyone?

you likely have to cast or otherwise make some sort of adapter plate

cut the plastic flange off a junkyard manifold and take it to a machine shop?

This^ buy aluminum in whatever thickness you want and take it to a shop and have it water jet cut or lazer cut. Having it machined would be expensive because of machine run time.

Cast? Adapter plate? WTF are you talking about?

Flanges like that are really simple to make. You'd either need to give a shop a .dxf from a model you've made, give them details (dimensions) of what you want, or give them something that they can measure and reproduce in AL. They can laser that shit really easily.
