    Clutch slave.

I have a s50 with the zf tranny that came on the engine. i have a new e30 clutch master cylinder, and a zf slave cylinder. ive popped 2 slaves in the process of bleeding. is the ratios different to where a clutch stop will solve the problem. or am i missing something?

What slave? You need to be using a ZF one.

oem e36 m3. dont know why i would use an e30 clutch setup on a zf.

When you say you never touched it what do you mean? Did you never unbolt the motor/trans? or did you just leave the original one in there. Im betting its in sideways. That would explain all your issues.
