Hey guys, I haven't posted in the longest time but I have been undergoing a S50B32 swap into my 91' 318iS but now am stuck on some problems.
First off: My engine harness has two harness plugs, two ECU ports, and and seems like an excess of the usual wires and I was told that this is because possibly it came out of an SMG car. Has anyone read or experienced the same kind of issue?
Second: I have three connectors that come from the starter area running towards the front. Both of the two pin connectors have Red/White & a Brown wire, then the one that is a three pin connector has Green/White, Grey/Brown, and Brown. Where do these go, do I need them, and/or what should I wire them to? Here is a picture to show what I mean:
