Slave cylinder issue on m3 tranny

Ive popped 3 slaves. is this common?

tranny from donor m3, e30 clutch master (new), zf slave (new)

it pops in the process of bleeding before the pedal ever gets stuff.

Then you're doing something wrong. What is your bleeding process?

Sounds like when I put the throwout bearing in 90 degrees rotated. Pull her and check it out.
