Any one knows where and what this wire does in the ob1 harness is a black&green wire it comes with the harness! Can some tell if a signal wire or where it should be connected thanks in advance!

If it's just a bare wire I'm 99% certain it's the wire to your starter to tell it to spin. Should have a ring wiring connector on it but it could have been cut or something. Can't remember if it's the 8mm or 10mm nut on the starter, thinking the 10 though.Comment
