I think that Rouge Engineering made one for a while that Guten used on their swap cars; not sure if they still make it or not.
The problem with making them is the same as with most E30 parts, even if the need is there, nobody will pay for it.
Yeah I saw an old post by levent saying they were going to make them but I don't think it went anywhere.
Why do you think people wouldn't pay for it? It wouldn't be hard to make it cheaper than getting custom exhaust work at a shop (super expensive $$$$) and also the inconvenience of finding a good place to do it and having to get your car there with no exhaust and hoping they don't make shitty welds that leak (i've seen this happen to so many people)
If done properly you should be able to bolt it in between manifolds/headers made for the e36 chassis and any catback section made for the e30 chassis. That's another big advantage to getting something like this.
You should spend 100 bucks on the cheap harbor freight mig welder, learn how to weld in your garage if you dont already know, and make your own exhaust...if you possess the ability to swap a 24v in, you can weld! It's also really nice to have a little welder like that for other things...

Yup. Most people balk at paying $500 for an M20 E30 cat back exhaust. For a complete header-back exhaust solution, you're looking at another $300-400 on top of that.
I am pretty sure you're close to Mandrel Bending Solutions in Pasadena, MD. They offer custom mandrel bent exhausts.

Eh, my custom work wasn't that bad. Full 3" system headers back using stock mounts, v-band, no cat and turbo muffler and I'm just under $500. It could be a bit prettier (I'd like dual tips), but it's well constructed, relatively quiet around town, and sounds beast when opened up.

^I'm at around the same price point for a custom system. 2.5", Magnaflow cat, Dynomax muffler, Vibrant 'Y' pipe. Guy is making it with Dynomax piping, just cutting and welding 'U' bends, no crush bends.

MBS did my exhaust but it was over $1,200 and I had to go back because it was unbearably loud. Pretty expensive to me.
Yikes. $1200 is certainly a lot of money. If that is from the headers back, stainless, with a v-band or two tossed in, the costs really do add up very quickly!
I know that my dual muffler exhaust cost around $650 in parts alone, never mind the labor of mitering pipes fairly precisely and welding things together. It doesn't even have a v-band in it. I'll eventually weld in a cat to reduce emissions, and v-band so disassembly is easier.

Cost me like $400... super sprint reps ($150), E36 Y-collector ($35), universal cat ($50), 2.25" fence post ($18 ), and some random magnaflow muffler ($60) and the welder dude charged me $80 to connect it all.
personally, I think it's a little loud between 2-3K rpm, but literally everybody comments on how good it sounds
