    master cylinder questions

on my 24v eta the swap i bought came with a MC with only two ports for brake lines.

the stock eta MC has 3 ports.

im assuming abs cars use the MC with two ports and non-abs cars have 3 ports?

is it safe to sell my new MC with 2 ports and use my old eta one or is there an alternative to making the one with 2 ports work?

T fitting. And youre correct about the ABS pump splitting the F lines.

^junkie pretty much summed it up but here's a useful thread about your issue:

is it suggested to use the same T thats in the rear of the car like that thread says or would it be faster/cheaper to just try to source a t fitting locally? i tried finding one at autozone and the guy had no idea what i was trying to do... hate autozone people.

I dont see why a regular old t-fitting wouldn't work, as long as its installed correctly.

okay sweet ill see what the parts stores have. also has anyone sucessfully jammed a e34 dme connector through the firewall? even with the grommet removed it doesnt even come close to fitting.

should i just bore out the hole?
