Mass air readings

Checking live data from my OBD1 m52 and see that my mass air flow voltage is fine but get no reading for "kg/h." Just reads 0.00 all the time.

I have a spare mass air meter that reads exactly the same. Could it be two bad mafs? ECU? I'm not familiar with this sort of stuff(obviously) but appreciate any type of help. I'm comfortable with tracing wires off the harness but don't know where to start.

live data using what software? if it's generic it's probably not reading BMW OBD data correctly. also, does OBD1 support mass air readings to begin with?

Good question. Never thought of that. I'm using an Autel MaxiDAS DS708 scanner. I can probably try Carsoft this weekend.
