I did a swap in my 91 318i last year, m50tu and before the swap my tach worked fine, after i did the swap it didn't work at all. Was at the bottom of my priority list for awhile but last week i hit a bump and it started working, except its off a couple 1000 rpms. the needle sits at Zero when its off but when its idling it says its at around 3k when its clearly idling normal. Any idea?
