How much oil did you put in to begin with?

Is the rest of the oil mixed like that? Blown head gasket.

The cap is from normal operation of these engine with moisture mixing with oil
Unless the level of coolant is going down... Then headgasket or cracked head/block could be issue

Idk I drove it and everything seems fine, how do you tell if you're head is cracked/block. I did the swap for him and the motor looked good

As with oil consumption issue... Did you make sure you started the car so oil can pass through oil housing and passages before you rechecked oil level... If not... It will be empty

This is why before doing a swap, you take time and give the engine a minor/major tune up.
