Doesnt even sound as loud as my M50 swap. That was obd1 manifolds to high flow cats to a scorpion muffler. Definitely louder never ever had a problem with the police. Now i have a blueprinted S52 with ebay headers and same exhaust which is EVEN louder!
I think the police are more worried about those riced honda civics and their fart cans.

I can guarantee you that my exhaust is louder. The video cannot portray how loud it is. It is WELL over 100 dB.

While I know they are more worried about Honda's, I just can't leave anything to chance. Since my swap isn't exactly legal, even an exhaust ticket can screw me over.

Hey so I might be able to get a high flow cat shipped here, would that be the best bet for bringing the sound down? I would think so

I'd put another muffler after the resonator. Somebody around here has a Borla ProXS muffler after the resonator and before the final muffler in the back and it sounds really good.

I'm not sure another muffler would fit. I'm gonna visit my exhaust guy and see what we can fit.

After many, many iterations of my exhaust, I've settled on the Dynomax 17776.

I'll have to keep that in mind next time. Those aren't really designed to be a rear muffler.

So after all I can get a High flow cat shipped to me.
I'm gonna get under and see where I can fit it, that should definitely help with the noise issue
