Dirty shiny or did you gloss paint it? What I meant was it would look better without the shine :D

      regardless, it's pretty damn sexy!

Enjoy that coil cover and intake manifold the way it looks in that pic, because it's never going to look that clean again. Terrible masking job, too.

I painted it with semi-gloss, and the textured finish kind of dulls it down a bit, too. It only shines when there's direct light on it, it looks really good.

meh its still this clean... yea the masking job did suck but it will get Re-done when i go back to NC correctly.
but with it being clear coated it makes it easier to clean as well ;)

Question about using the M3 firewall harness covers with the 24V. Do you need to trim the area of the cover where it sits right behind the intake manifold, next to the brake booster? It looks like the end of the manifold is in the way. Not a big deal if you do, I just want to mock it up on a spare junk one I have.

Yup, you need to trim just a smidge of the cover for it to fit right.

So close. I need a fan, fluids, and some exhaust work.

That looks great. I've never seen a 24V with color like that. Testarossa.

Something about the red just does it for me in that bay!

That's why I did it, and the same with my previous M20. I don't really care for engine bays with nothing but black and silver. Boring.

You cleaned that dirty lower hose so well it is now invisible.
