I seem to be having trouble starting my e30 m3 s52 turbo. I am not getting fuel or spark, but it keeps cranking over. It is a 503 DME.
-Crank position sensor is reading correct resistance
-All grounds have been sanded down to bear metal
-DME relay is clicking on
-Check engine light is not illuminating when car is in ACC
-Double checked all plugs in harness
-Non-ews harness
I am at a loss here, not sure what else to check. The car ran no problem with the s52 swap before the engine was removed, built, bay painted etc. There were numerous sensors from the peripheral harness that I clipped that were not being used with the swap that I clipped i.e. A/C plugs. Those shouldn’t have anything to do with the car staring, correct me if I am wrong. I followed all of them back to the fusebox and clipped them to make sure that they didn’t share common grounds or leads. If there is anything that I can be checking or have done wrong please lend a word. I am willing to try anything at this point.
Thank you.
