    M50 Wiring CONFUSION!!

So getting ready to pull the m20 to make room for the m50 and just now started looking at the wiring harness i got with the m50. It seems no one on the Internet has a need for a comprehensible wiring diagram, because i havent been able to compare mine to another. I see that my harness has been cut in multiple places but i cant figure out what used to be there. Pics show where it is cut...

    By the dme...

    Near body connection...

    Near the diagnostic connector...

Near the majority of the sensors...

    Overall pic...

I know one of these cut areas were the relays... and the one near all the other sensors must be the o2 sensor and reverse because i havent seen them anywhere. Also i have another twist connector like the body one that looks cut and looks like it came from my harness, could this be an auto harness?? By the way, engine is a m50b25nv from an e36. Thanks guys

You would be better off getting another harness than trying to peice that one back together, especially if you're not familliar with wiring. Trust me..

I am very familiar with wiring, and i eventually could find out what they should be, i just know there is someone out there who has done enough m50 swaps to know what these are off the top of their head.

Ok ive been researching all night and im thinking this is an auto harness, the auto dme connector has been cut and the auto to body connector? if there is one? So it looks like the only issue will be the relays... anyone have schematics of them and what wires go where and what relays to use?

Look for the ETM from whatever car your harness came from. It has all your answers (which is also why there are no comprehensive wiring posts, its already in the ETM.

You can try to trace them by diagram in Autodata by colour.I had similar problem, wasnt able to findout where wires went, and bought other enigne harness ;)
