    E-30 build HELP installing a E-36 swap m50

WOW MY BAD!!! MUST OF HAD A BAD DAY HAHAHA,

ok so i need some info, i have a m50 motor going into a e30 and im rebuilding the motor.im just about to take it to machine shop to get it worked on and then i need to have my friend assemble it, but he needs some info that hes not to sure about, im trying to put a turbo on this motor nothing to crazy maybe like 5-10 pnds of boots. i bought A thicker head gasket to lower the compression and since im using a bigger head gasket will the oem spec timing chain with the low comp. head gasket work?.and also if we need a different chain, do we need new gears as well?. if so what kind of chain and gears and from where should we get them.?

I can't read this thread, maybe some punctuation would help.

Something about needing a new timing chain for a thicker headgasket?

No. There is slack in the chain that the tensioner takes up. The tensioner will just have less clack to take up. You'll be fine.
