My swap has been running for over two years now. Never plugged in to it before (never had the tool). I finally picked one up last week and tried it. At first I had no power to the tool so I jumped pin 16. Now the tool works. When I try to execute the FC command it just keeps cycling and wont produce a code or return to FC meaning there are no codes. Any idea what the problem could be?

Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

I think it was because my battery was low. Got a charger yesterday. Will charge the battery back up and try it in a few days.

It doesnt power by itself because you didnt wire it that way.
