    Yes another swap question

    Guys sorry but I'm asking, just bought a 86 red E30 coupe and also 1998 328i for complete swap, thought I was getting a 1998 M from the pics he sent but when it was finally delivered today its a 328i with M badges, steering wheel ect... still im not upset. Here goes the questions 1) how hard of a swap is this? 2) will all of the suspension fit the E30 chassis? springs will be changed. 3) which headers do you guys recommend and muffler? this e30 is going to be a complete strip down and re-born, car will be a DD but with track ability.

    You can use the front suspension, but the rear suspension is 5 link and won't work with an E30.

          No, the case is entirely different. Engine, transmission, driveshaft, and front suspension will.

              well the diff issue sucks but O well, thanks guys for the replies. The biggest challenge I face is the wiring it scares the hell out of me, someone has to make a harness. Saturday I will have pics of the 2 cars

                    the rear suspension will not fit.

                    all you will get is an extra lug nut. not worth it IMO.

                      See my sig for most of the parts you'll need. Where are you in NS? PM me for my phone # and I can help you out, I've done a couple 24v swaps and figured a few things out by trial and error.

                        not really sure, bought the car without even seeing it LOL, I know it drives and I get it on this Saturday, just figured it would be an improvement.
