yeah we had a leveler but ran into the issue of the car being too low to the ground so once the engine and trans slipped in at the angle it needed we weren't sure we'd be able to get the tail of the tranny back into the tunnel enough for it to slip in. then we thought about bringing the front up in the air but the hoist wouldn't be able to get around the air lift we were using. that's when I realized if we used it in the rear we'd be at pretty much the perfect angle.
Das ist nicht nur nicht richtig, es ist nicht einmal falsch!

Hmmmm... interesting, hadn't thought about being too low as a problem, but it sure nuff would be... definitely keep that in mind; one ah them things that jes ain't obvious til it sneaks up on yer young arse and bites ya in the fanny... ';)

Reckon ya'll handled it pretty good...

Getting the front up woulda likely been better, so looks like if ya see it coming, plan ahead...

Look on John Bishop and Charlie Rainville's face when it pulled into Daytona Speedway's paddock for it's debut at the '74 IMSA GT Thanksgiving Finale... Not exactly the $200K tube-frame 'space car' they was expecting... - Priceless!
