    Pulling Engine - Headers stuck

I posted the following in my build thread but am not getting much response so I thought I would check over here.

Since this is my first engine pull and have no idea what I'm doing I figure I missed something along the way. I am open to suggestions for sure.

I also cant get to the passenger side mounting bolt to just be able to pull it all out together as you can see in one of the pictures.

I think my only option is to remove the header studs to get the headers off but I cannot figure out the best way to do that either. Clearance is severely limited as the headers are hitting against some of the suspension parts down below. Again, suggestions would be helpful.

    TIA!!!

There was a question about how much of the exhaust I have removed so here is my answer and a couple photos:

Anyone have any great ideas to get me unstuck??

    TIA!

Idont understand. You loosened he clamps and tried to slide it? Lift the engine. Remove the mounts, pull forward in a jerking twisting motion. You can cut the clamps, and replace with real ones from summit. Look up lap or band clamps. This is what I would do.
Looking for late model fogs, E39 Fog lights, cool cheap 17 5x120 wheels.

Pull the engine exhaust installed aka through the bottom. It's not very hard and can be done with 1 person. Remove all strut tower nuts, support engine with crane, remove 4 subframe bolts, disconnect your steering linkage, unbolt lollipops it's out. Your driveshaft would have to be unbolted too. I dropped my m20 with exhaust and driveshaft so it's not the end of the world. And no exhaust work required when done
