    I don't have much for you, but I would say that the third brake light always being illuminated is more likely related to your parking lights and turn signal issue. The brake lining light is only for the wear sensors and is completely separate from the lights.

        yeah, that's what I was thinking too. brake pedal sensor, maybe.
