About to E28 M5 mounts..right part number/price?

Wierd... My oilpan definitely rested on the steering rack without any spacers.

I used the black cylindrical mounts for both sides on the car I swapped at work. All you need to do is flip the mount upside down. No spacers required.

To be fair, the guy at AKG fabbed custom 6 into 1 headers. Also, the diameter of the pipe looks larger than 2.25, so it probably flows OK.

autohaus sells the green ones for $37.28...I haven't looked up BMA but I am sure that Patrick would do a good deal on them - buy a couple for me while your at it...save on shipping :)

Okay so I got impatient and ordered the mounts as I quoted in the start of this thread. So basically a pair of E28 M5 mounts:

1x 11811128932 Left - $22.00
1x 11812225201 Right - $43.00

Sorry to bump a 5 year old thread, but I see the OP is still a currently active user and this thread was never updated with final results. Did those two mounts work for your swap? Any issues with them as far as clearance, fitment, etc.?
