I think I found the problem, my Cam Sync reads 6-million Ohms....Bentley states 540 ohms.
I searched the forums to for bad cam sensor and saw other people's problems were similar to mine. Ill pick up another from the yard tomrw and report back. **Fingers crossed**
My cam sensor wire insulation was trashed and the car drove like crap.
Driving with it unplugged was much better than with the messed up sensor attached.

    New cam sensor solved it

What kind of catalytic converter do you have installed, how old?

          You think the Cat melted/clogged?

Its a cheap Magnaflow, about 4 years old.

Mine would run and idle fine until I gave it the beans and it would fall flat on its face above 4.5k. I could feel some vibration too. I put a set of coils in it and it's 100% now. My coils looked fine, only one had a small crack.

This is not true...I've daily driven mine for 3 years with no issues. Still passes smog with flying colors.

OP I would try replacing the ECU with a known working one. Also why aren't you running an O2 sensor? Mine ran terrible with a bad sensor.

Hey guys so it might be the fuel pump.

Hooking up a pressure gauge, I got about 40psi at idle, when Reving, the pressure drops to 35psi as the revs climb.

Pulling the fuel vacc line to the FPR, the pressure jumps up to 45psi, but as soon as the injectors increase load, the pressure drops to around 40psi.

Doing a 2nd gear pull, the pressure stays around 38-41psi. Way to low. The FPR was replaced with a known good one.

                    **SOLVED**

                    Woot Mothafucking WOOT!

OK heres the lowdown for anyone interested....

                    Fuel pump failed.
                    Cat decimated.

I think when I hooked up vacuum to the gas-tank, it caused too much load on the pump and partially killed it. When my pump went handicap, that burdened my cheap Magnaflow cat, which decided to commit suicide, and collapse and cause a major clot.

New pump installed, replaced the cat and fished out what we could of the destroyed cat guts in my muffler, she runs strong again! AND PASSED EMISSIONS by 2nd gear with E85 haha. The guy didnt even have to shift into 3rd before the test ended.

                    Thanks all for you help.

What injectors are you running with e85? Your problems sound similar to mine, I think my fuel pump is on it's way out and might've ruined the cat from running too lean.
