Differences in Flex Discs for swap

So I have an s50 & zf310 in my e30 and I have been using the revshift swap disc and decided I wanted to go OEM.

Picked up a 99 M3 driveshaft but it didn't come with a guibo. I know people have talked about the fact that the e36 328is manual driveshaft works as well as the m3, but now I ask the question: what is the differences in the flex discs?

    e36 328 manual flex disc: 26117511454 $60

    e36 96+ M3 flex disc: 26112226527 $115

What could possibly be the difference between the two besides slightly different rubber compound? They are both 96mm/12 and seemingly are the same size otherwise, though I am guessing the m3 one might be a bit thicker.

Any input on this? What should I go with?

Different hardnesses. Get the M3 one if you drive like a lunatic. 328 or ~87 eta one if youre cheap.

I have the used one (87k miles) that came with my trans (96 328i) in my car with a super eta driveshaft with no issues. I drive the car pretty hard, lots of burnouts and power slides lol
