Would you buy it?

I didn't know which forum was best so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong one. Mods, please move it if it is.

So, I was browsing craigslist and I saw this. The interior, exterior and suspension need some TLC but I would primarily focus on refreshing and upgrading the suspension. As of now I don't care too much about the looks as this will be a second car just for fun. The S52 swap was done by a very reputable shop and looks clean. If you could verify the engine was in good shape (leakdown/compression test) and you only planned on doing suspension work what would you consider to be fair price?

Seems like a good deal for a S52 swapped E30. I would get Dave Markert (markertmotorworks, 328ijunkie on r3v) or someone more knowledgeable than me to inspect it.

Good deal here...Man all these swapped e30s popping up for cheap..makes me think I should have waited before pulling the trigger on mine...with a little TLC this will look nice

I called the guy and he seems like he doesn't know how to treat a car. I asked him what maintinance he has done to the car and he said none. He said he just rips that bitch into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and drives the fuck out of it. That's when I got off the phone.
