funny thing my ABS light was on since my swap too (done by my mechanic), when i complained, he checked sensors and found a faulty one. So we found a used one and reinstalled in place of the bad one, the light still there and ABS doesn't work. So now i have a feeling that ABS was lost somewhere in the swap process.

The swap and related wiring is pretty much independent of the ABS system.

um... my ABS hasnt worked since my swap and i dont like not having it, its not the worst, but i've locked it up a couple times in the rain. i can live with no ABS, but i feel its something every street car should have.

The only related part for ABS I can think of that is wiring is power for the separate unit that controls ABS. I never had any problems before or after with my ABS, could you have popped a fuse.

If you think ABS hinders your stopping pull the fuse and do a max braking from 60. Measure the distance, then check it vs ABS.
