it's funny this happened to you because I replaced my fuel lines yesterday and accidently put them on the opposite ends, then switched them and voila she started and idled perfect!
your pump is not priming... hmmm
my next guess is the relay. did you check to see if you have spark?
remove the "fuel supply line" grab a used water bottle and check to see if you have flow by inserting the line in the bottle and trying to start the car. it's a quick check for fuel
I'm using the stock s52 harness I sent it out to Kassel . I'm using the m50 fuel rail

Ok looking at the photo here, I see your o2s aren't connected, and that connector from the fuel rail electrical harness is not connected. connect that piece, I'm assuming the manifold is back on, correct?
Its not from that, that my fuel pump does not prime, I had everything connected yesterday and tryed it it didn't work today I took the manifold off again to see if I missed anything and do I got the engine to crank but my fuelp doesnt prime

did you go through and make sure everything is connected correctly, ground cables? do you have the motor grounded on the chassis? like I said "MY" guess is your relay, if not you have a bad pump, but if it's not those things, then something somewhere isnt connected properly.
hmm ok I'm stuck, I'd have to see for myself what the potential issue could be. you can try to jump the pump at the relay.
atleast we figured out where the line goes on the rail.
my advice to you, right now, is to go through the s/m5x swap section and try to find any threads relating to your issue, and READ, I know your new but that's the best you can do at this point. I'll try to do do some research myself and get back to you. GL
