M50 died on me, no spark or fuel

Car was swapped and ran fine then died suddenly. Sat for awhile and I'm now getting into diagnosing it. Here's what I have so far:

No spark, no fuel when cranking
Gets fuel pressure when I jump the relay, still doesn't start
Crank sensor has ~500 ohms resistance, which I read is the actual spec, not what the e36 Bentley has listed.
I have power going to the DME at pin 54 of the x6000.
No output from DME for CEL, tach, fuel pump, etc.

By my logic, the only things that could be stopping bit from running are no signal that its cranking going to the DME, the relays not working or the DME not doing giving signal for the injectors and coils to fire. Since there is no spark OR fuel I do not suspect fuel pump relay alone. At this point my money is on the DME, is there anything else that I'm missing?

Crank sensor is always a good start. I never trust Ohm readings. The magnet still may not work for crap.

Agreed. I've had these same symptoms caused by a new crank sensor. Take a look at the sensor wire, might be frayed somewhere too.

We messed with it on sunday, and there is spark, just no fuel. Injectors work, DME is functioning fuel pump relay, relay works, power at the pump... so the pump seems dead.
