Running 3.0" MAF w/ TRM Tune for 3.5" Issues?

    Hi gang,
After the swap, I realized i had the incorrect MAF size with the tune. What effects (negative or positive) will take place by running a 3.0" MAF w/ a tune from TRM that was for a 3.5" MAF?

    Here are my tune specs:
    TRM OBD-I Performance Chips (Displacement: 3.2 L
    Injector: 21.5 lb/hr
    Intake Manifold: M50/S50
    HFM: 540/Euro (800)
    Cams: Stock S52
    Flywheel: Stock
    Fuel: 93 Octane)

    Thanks in advance,
    Mike

Sorry, I forgot to mention OBD1. I should also mention that post swap, hooned around a bit (...to redline) to make sure the motor felt as it should. I'm hoping nothing too destructive took place internally.

Those two MAFs spit out different voltages at the same flow, the tune adjusts the MAF scaling to suit the new MAF... so your ECU is going to be on a trip.
