    Making clearance for turbo

So I have my low comp m52 pretty much ready to go in and the turbo (BW s360) Sits highhhhhh on my Otis fold. Otis said it would probably fit since a gt40 does and they're similar sized but it looks huge. What have people done to be able to have the hood close with a big turbo. So far my ideas are:

1.cutting uhmw engine mounts. don't know if I like this because I rather my oil pan not sit any lower than it has to, plus may mess with engine Angle too much
    2. Running hoodless. Might be cool for a while but I want to be able to drive my car in all weather.
    3. Beating the shit out of my hood with a rubber mallet or cutting hole, don't know how this will look good though.
    Any help?

I've never heard of hood clearance issues with any turbo manifolds before. I think you'll be fine. If by some chance you encounter an issue, deal with it then.

Maybe your problems are your own to deal with and maybe the public giving a shit about your feelings is a one way ticket to extinction.
