Ews delete help

Hello, I just installed a dinan supercharger on my e30 with an s52, I have the DME that came with the supercharger, but it has a ews on it and I can't run it in my e30, I had a guy check it out he said there was a lock or what not on the DME so he was not able to delete the ews, but not sure what he means by that, I'm looking for someone to delete just the ews of the DME so I can run my car with the dinan tune, or someone to flash the dinan tune on a new DME.
