E30 m50 swap VSS no cluster problem

Hey all. I have a m50 swap in a e30 and we don't have the original cluster. I need to hook up my vss but I'm unsure of what to do without a stock cluster. Any help would be appreciated.

VSS goes to the brown/red wire in white harness. Engine speed signal goes to black wire in blue harness.
