    Name this connector

    Per title, have a spare connector on my engine harness and can't quite figure out what it is.

    It's a 2 pin connector with a green/white wire and blue/yellow wire. I've looked at various Arms and can't figure it out.

    The harness is from a euro (australian) m52. I figured it was the muffler flap but that doesn't seem to test out correctly.

    The other option is that it's for the running losses solenoid, however the engine came from an early e36 that had the fpr in the fuel rail so that doesn't make sense either.

    Hoping someone knows, otherwise I'll trace it back to the ecu which will be more annoying...

    sounds like it might be for the reverse switch.

    Guess i'll delete it and re-pin the DME to add a plug for the muffler flap then.

        Yep definitely the reverse light switch. Removed it from the harness.
