No. The S50B32 (Euro M3 motor) has very different architecture from the E46 generation of dual Vanos motors. Also, the USDM S50/S52/M50/M52 single Vanos have different coolant passages and coolant flow to the Dual Vanos motors, so that head will not fit either.

No it wont. The M52tu is basically a M54 without drive by wire FYI. That will help you on your research.
