Everything Needed from M3 Shell for S52 Swap?

As the title states. I just pulled the motor and trans from a running and driving manual 1997 M3. I pulled the motor with the wiring harness still attached to the motor but I have heard and read that there is possible security system(ECMS?) that also needs to come with the car. My friend has the flashed/modded ECU that he is passing off to me, I'm unsure if this resolves this issue.

Is there anything else in the car that I need to pull that is crucial to the swap before I send the car to the junk yard?

The security system is called ews. You don't need to worry about that if the ecu that has been flashed has ews delete.
