    S52 Clutch Not Disengaging

replaced the master (E30 M3) and slave (S52/E36) cylinders in my E30 with S52. now I can't even get the car in gear with the clutch in while the car is on. bled multiple times and the pedal is strong. everything worked relatively fine before replacing the parts. what am I doing wrong?

so that's what I originally thought but I lined it up to the indent in the clutch fork and there was solid pressure to install it
