So does anyone else realize that the 735i brake booster/master cylinder is the exact same booster as the iX, and the exact same master cylinder as the E34 M5??? Everyone seems to be hounding for only those two specific ones, which are uber rare used, when you could simply find a junker 735i and have the complete assembly....

I realized it when trying to search for the part numbers of the two components and found a site that listed their compatibility for the 3 cars. P/Ns alone are fine if you are buying new, but when you are looking for people parting out cars, trying to find someone with an iX or M5 is a "bit" harder than someone with a 735.
