      Is the small wire where i pulled back some of the covering the fuseable link?

              Yeah, i figured that out. But I can't find it easily, unless I take off the intake manifold, and I really don't want to do that untill I wasted all other options. I'll see what I can do.

                some more info would be helpful.

                grab a voltometer. with the car in the "run" position.......
                1. 12v coming out of the grn/vio wire on the fuel pump relay?
                2. 12v coming out of the red/wht wire on the main realy?
                3. 12v coming from the grn wire passing through the c101?
                4. remove the fuel return line. is there fuel pressure when cranking? from which end?

                  I retraced my fuel lines and figured out that they were backwards.

                  GOD it sounds flippin AWESOME. Open headers!!! LOL.
