I have the BFc forum $215 group buy header. They are the long tube SuperSprint Taiwanese rip off's. Try a search under "headers" in the 24V section looking for "long tube header results" or try

    for the full/honest review.

I can't see why anyone would go with a different option. Saving weight, making power, and looking halfway decent are motivators to get the car on a lift a go thru the process. Pumping Gas is easy. A Motor Swap is hard. Putting these headers on an E30 24V is somewhere in the middle.

    This is a no-brainer folks.

I am no-way affiliated with the vendor or the mfg. of these rip off's. BUT, I am a happy customer. 4rwhp and 5 rwt and -13lbs is a noticeable difference.

Looking at the pic you posted showing the 'pinch' area, it looks like you merged the header collectors then replaced the 'pinch' area before it goes into the dual inlet for the convertor. Can't tell which direction the picture is taken from...

The shiny new metal pipe is the "sleeve" we had to make for the new expanded collector to mate with the old hacked exhaust . The expanded collector and old exhast are connected by this sleeve.
