    That guy's chart is the same one that's been floating around on the internet for a while now. If you use his diagram the ABS won't work.

        sorry for old thread renewal, but did You find how to by pass the DME thinking that the transmission is always in park or neutral?

          the auto and manual DME's are the same

            the DMEs are the same but automatic cars have a relay that will disable the ignition unless it is in park.

                  strange.. i was told that there is no way i can start my engine without fooled dme about park/neutral gear.

                  another strange thing is that my wipers shake a little bit (just moves a little) when i turn key to pos1 (pos0 inserted, pos1 turned, pos2 ign, pos3 ign+starter)
                  could it be missed ground somewhere?

                    You are correct. You need to fool the car into thinking it is in neutral and park. That is what the second part of Mike's post says.

                      So has anyone used the pin setup which was posted on page one of this, and does it work. About to setup my car this friday and was wanting to know if its one I should consider going off of or not.
